Nick is our newly appointed Assistant Portfolio Manager at Downton Property, working alongside Kelly Males, the Senior Portfolio Manager. He brings 12 years of extensive experience from the hospitality industry, where he honed his skills in customer service, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. This diverse background equips Nick with a unique perspective and a client-focused approach to property management, ensuring landlord and tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.

In his role, Nick focuses on enhancing client relationships, optimising property operations, and contributing to portfolio growth. He is passionate about sports, particularly bouldering and freediving. These activities sharpen his problem-solving abilities and mental resilience. Bouldering helps him think strategically, while freediving teaches him to stay calm under pressure and push his limits.
